Spicy Tortillas

2 Roberto Tortillas

300 g of minced beef

2 sausages

½ onion

2 teaspoons of tomato paste

2 friggitelli

2 round red chillies

Paprika to taste

Pepper to taste

Tabasco sauce to taste

Guacamole sauce to taste

Extra virgin olive oil to taste


Cut the onion into rounds and fry it in a pan with two tablespoons of oil. When the onion has softened, add the minced meat, the skinned and chopped sausages and brown. When the meat has changed color, add the two teaspoons of tomato paste. While the meat is cooking, cut the red peppers and friggitelli into small pieces and add them to the meat. Season everything with a little paprika and tabasco and let it cook.

Heat the Tortillas in the pan, stuff them with the meat mixture and roll them up. Serve immediately accompanied by a bowl of guacamole sauce.
