Organic Spelt Wrap Essenza with Potatoes and Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 package of Organic Spelt Wrap Essenza
1 package of precooked chickpeas
2 tablespoons of tahina sauce
½ lemon
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
300 g of boiled potatoes
180 g of champignon mushrooms
1 package of fresh salad
1 package of vegan pink sauce
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation
Prepare the chickpea humus by combining 2 tablespoons of tahina sauce, the can of chickpeas, half a squeezed lemon, a handful of parsley, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the garlic clove and a pinch of salt and pepper. Grind everything with a blender until creamy.
Boil the potatoes and, once cooked, cut them into cubes. Add the chopped mushrooms and mix everything together adding a little pink sauce.
Heat the Organic Spelt Wrap Essenza on a non-stick pan, stuff it with the potato and mushroom mixture, add the salad evenly and top with another Organic Spelt Wrap Essenza.
Finally, cut the piadina into 6 pieces and serve with the chickpea humus.
