Tasty Glazed Hamburger Bread
1 Hamburger Gourmet Roberto
200 g of ground beef
1 teaspoon of mustard
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
½ Tropea onion
½ teaspoons of sugar
4 cherry tomatoes
25 g stracchino cheese
1 leaf of tender salad
oil to taste
salt to taste
Prepare the hamburger: in a bowl put the minced meat, a teaspoon of mustard, a little tomato paste and mix everything with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Take the mixture and form a patty with your hands, place it on a surface and flatten it to form a hamburger.
Cook the burger in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt, until it reaches the desired degree of cooking.
Cut the Tropea onion into thin slices. Pour a little oil in a pan and add the onion, one and a half teaspoons of sugar and a tablespoon of water. Cook over low heat until the water is absorbed and the onion is caramelized.
Cut the friggitello into thin strips and brown it in a pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt.
Wash the avocado, cut it in half, remove the stone and cut some thin slices. Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes and wash the salad leaf.
Cut the Roberto Gourmet Hamburger in half and toast it on the inside only in a buttered pan.
Now it’s time to assemble the burger: place the salad leaf on the bread base, spread some stracchino cheese on it, then add the sliced cherry tomatoes, the meat burger, the onion, the friggitello, the avocado slices and cover everything with the other half of the bread.
Serve the burger with mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, guacamole sauce or your favorite sauce.
