White Wraps with Squacquerone, Bacon and Treviso Radicchio
1 package of White Wraps Roberto
150 g of bacon
150 g of squacquerone cheese
3 heads of radicchio from Treviso
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Thyme to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Prepare the bacon cut into strips and the radicchio di Treviso cut into pieces a few inches large.
Pour a little oil into a non-stick pan and brown the bacon along with the radicchio taking care not to burn the radicchio. Continue cooking until the bacon is crispy.
At this point, heat the White Wraps in a non-stick skillet. When hot, spread the squacquerone cheese on it and top with the radicchio and bacon mixture; add some chopped thyme for flavor. Roll up the White Wraps and serve piping hot.
