soft WHEAT flour [pastry flour], mother yeast sourdough starter (soft WHEAT flour [all-purpose flour], water, soft WHEAT flour [semi-coarse], brewer’s yeast), water, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, SOY flour, salt, brewer’s yeast, preservatives: calcium propionate, potassium sorbate; malted WHEAT flour, dried RYE sourdough, flavouring.
OTHER INDICATIONS
Product packaged in a protective atmosphere and treated with ethyl alcohol.
