Wholemeal Wrap with bresaola, rocket and provolone
1 package of Granpiada Wholemeal Roberto
200 g of bresaola
200 g of provolone cheese
200 g of rocket
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash the arugula and dry it well, then cut the provolone into thin slices.
In a non-stick pan, heat the Wholemeal Wrap and then stuff it with the provolone, the arugula and the slices of bresaola spread evenly.
Drizzle with a little oil, roll up the piadina, cut it into two pieces and enjoy with your favorite beer.
