1 Roberto Hot Dog
1 sausage
50 g of zucchini
2 potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Bavarian mustard to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation
In a pot, bring water to a boil and submerge the sausage to cook 6 minutes. Also boil the potatoes in their skins.
Cut the zucchini into not too thin slices and grill them.
Cut the Roberto hot dog bread in half, toast it on both sides and then spread the Bavarian mustard on both halves.
Arrange the grilled sausage and zucchini on the slice of bread, close the sandwich and toast it for a minute.
Serve the hot dog warm, accompanied by the boiled potatoes.
