In a bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs squeezed out of milk, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Mix the ingredients until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moisten your hands, take a little of the mixture at a time and form small patties of about 6 centimeters in diameter. Dip the patties in breadcrumbs and fry them in olive oil.
