Using a hand whisk or fork, mix the ingredients in the bowl well and add the chopped parsley and garlic a little at a time. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the bones from the anchovies, rinse the fillets, place them in an ovenproof dish and pour over the marinade you prepared earlier. Let the anchovies rest for at least 5 hours at room temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the anchovies are well marinated, add the white vinegar, mix and then drain the fillets from the marinade.
