When the onion has softened, add the minced meat, the skinned and chopped sausages and brown. When the meat has changed color, add the two teaspoons of tomato paste. While the meat is cooking, cut the red peppers and friggitelli into small pieces and add them to the meat. Season everything with a little paprika and tabasco and let it cook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Tortillas in the pan, stuff them with the meat mixture and roll them up.
