Mini Beef Burger
1 package of Mini Burger Roberto
400 g of minced beef
100 ml of milk
1 loaf of bread
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Soften the bread crumbs in the milk. In a bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs squeezed out of milk, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
Moisten your hands, take a little of the mixture at a time and form small patties of about 6 centimeters in diameter. Dip the patties in breadcrumbs and fry them in olive oil. When browned, remove from pan and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Cut the Roberto mini burgers in half, toast both sides, spread the ketchup and place a patty on the base of each one, close and serve.
